What About Carbs
There is a lot of information about why we are getting fatter as a whole, so what about carbs, do they make us fat. There are some that say that carbs are what make us fat. We need carbs to function properly, but there are different ways to get our carbs.
Most people associate things like bread and pasta as the main source of carbs and that these things can make us fat. Although this is partly true, it is not the whole truth. Bread and pasta are a source of carbs, but they are not the only source, we can get all we need from fruit and vegetables, which means we can eat them at every meal, where as it would not be a good idea to include bread and pasta at every meal as this would be a great way to put on weight.
This could be a very in depth post about how we should eat the right carbs to avoid putting on weight, but I did not want to go to far into this as it does not have to be a complicated subject and the more detail that we tend to go into on these subjects, the more it can become confusing.
So I have had a look at some information available and I found something that explains about carbs in a very easy to understand way without going into to much detail and becoming confusing.
