There are weight reviews where ever you turn, in magazines, on the Internet and on the Television. In fact it is one of the biggest subjects that is talked about in the world today, from the vanity side to the health problems it can cause. Yes, our body weight is a very well talked about and debated subject.
So why is there such a big Hoo Haa when it comes to the human body and how much it weighs? In the media there is immense pressure put on the young and old worldwide to compete with the celebrities and unfortunately this is where a lot of the silly fad diets originate from, along with all the celebrity workout DVD’s that are really only to make the celebrities even more money than they already have. When we see a picture of our favorite celeb looking fantastically thin, there is no guarantee these days that they actually look like their picture as there are to many tricks done to these pictures, computer technology can give them the body of their dreams.
So we need to forget about how great these people look in photo’s and forget about the fad diets they promote. Instead we need to understand how our bodies actually work and then we can, without to much effort sculpt the body that we want, there are no shortcuts (especially fad diets), there is just Real Facts that if understood and followed will actually give us the body that we want.
You may be wondering what these facts are and how you can use them to get the body you want, In a future post I am going to look into how we can do just that by knowing how our bodies work, how they burn calories and what is the best thing to do to keep our bodies burning those calories and keeping us trim and lean. We don’t need fad diets and we don’t need to watch our weight, we just need to know what to do.
