How effective is walking when it comes to weight loss, does it really work so is it worth the effort. Walking is an easy exercise for most able bodied people and could be the right solution if heavy exercise is out of the question, but does it work when you want to drop the fat.

A sensible pair of walking shoes are essential for the overall experience.
You could opt for the indoor version of walking by using a treadmill, there are many different kinds these days to choose from and they have many different price tags. The beauty of this option is that if you have your treadmill set up in the right location then you can even watch TV whilst walking, which will take away the boredom factor of the treadmill. Again proper footwear is essential.
So you can walk yourself thin, but it will not happen fast, you will have to be patient to see the results. If you are watching what you eat, then it will happen just be prepared to invest the time into walking.
