Is there any such thing as the joys of losing weight, after all if we are overweight, then trying to lose weight can hardly be a joy, surely it is hard work. It can be hard work and obviously the more overweight some one is then the harder it may be to get down to the weight they want to be, although they may have a good start and lose a good amount in the beginning, the rate at how the weight drops off will slow down.
The part where joy plays its part is in the results, when we start to see results in the mirror or a friend asks if we have lost weight or a pair of jeans we could hardly get over our butt suddenly slip on with ease, then we feel the joy. So there is some joy in weight loss.
Will you reach the point of joy or will you give up before you see any results. I urge you to wait for the joy (it is worth the wait), the results will happen eventually. You have to keep at it, we are all different some of us see results quickly and some of us don’t see them for what seems like an eternity, but we will see them if we don’t give up.

Why do I know this, well if your lifestyle was the right one for you then you would not be overweight in the first place. Whether you are eating to much, eating to much of the wrong kinds of food or whether you do little or no exercise, one of these things or a combination of them is probably why you are overweight and they form part of your lifestyle and this is what has to be changed in order to lose weight.
Armed with the right information and the right attitude you can experience the joy there is to have in losing the weight you want to and you can keep the weight off, if you stick to the right lifestyle.
