Open Your Mind

This post is only for those that are not to stuck in their ways and are open to new possibilities and a new way of thinking. I believe that our minds are the most powerful things in the world, they are complex and can change things about our lives and the way we live it.

What if you could change the way you think and as a result change things about your life, including your weight. You see if we look at this universe as energy and everything in it material or otherwise is all energy, then we can begin to understand that we can change that energy. Energy can only be positive or negative and we can get a lot of negative energy trapped in our bodies, this can cause us many problems from physical health to our mental health.

It is possible to release this negative energy and change it to positive through our minds. We can free ourselves of negative emotions that can hold us back in so many areas of our lives. For someone to understand this concept they need it explained in depth, which is something that I could never do in a post on this blog. I have read many books on this subject for two reasons, one I am really interested in how our thoughts and mind can control our own world or free it and secondly because I was introduced to my first book by a friend and that helped me no end and change my life.

Since then I have read a lot of books on this subject and I have certainly managed to change a lot of things in my life for the better, I always try to look on the positive side of life and don’t let negative events that happen to everyone in life affect me as I once did.

If you can open your mind and accept that the world may not be as black and white as you once thought, if you can open up to the possibility that you may be able to change so many things in your life with your thoughts and your mind, then I highly recommend that you check out this great book that I have picked out for you.
