As we all know to maintain a healthy trim body we do need to do some kind of exercise, it does not have to be a gruelling workout and we do not have to run a marathon everyday. But there are ways that we can get in some great exercise without busting a blood vessel.
One of the big excuses of not doing exercise is time, people often say ‘I just haven’t got time for exercise’ their life is to busy. Well I say that we can all spare a little time for exercise. An alternative is to make your journey to work part of your exercise routine. You can use your legs to walk or get a fold bike, now that is a convenient way to cycle to work.
If your place of work is not to far from your home, then walk or ride a bike to work. If your journey is to long for that and you drive, then park the car a mile or so from your place of work and walk or ride the rest of the way. The same goes for bus or train, just get off a stop or two earlier and walk or ride the rest of the way. Walking and riding are great overall exercises, they are good for your muscles and good for your cardiovascular system and best of all they are great for weight loss or weight control.
