This is the Pro Power Suit. So how does it work ? This is a suit that can be worn for normal daily activities or when working out. So it is ideal for Athletes or sports people, normal everyday people doing normal everyday activities, so pretty much all of us. It is designed to enhance any kind of activity, so if you go running regularly then when you wear the Pro Power Suit you are going to add extra depth to your running, which means over time it will make you faster, stronger and generally fitter.
If you don’t really do much organized exercise then this could be a great investment for keeping in shape and losing weight. Lets say you put the suit on to do your housework or just to walk to the shops, then you are going to intensify these everyday activities meaning that you are really doing a kind of workout.

So does it work ? Truthfully I really don’t know as I don’t have one yet, But I can understand the principle and it is going to give you greater resistance to any activity (like training with weights), thus make you stronger and burn more calories. So yes I think it must work and I think I will invest in one The Pro Power Suit.
