Do you like Curvy Or Thin

Do you like curvy or thin, which is best. That is really down to a personal choice for both men and women. But should we even be considering what the best is if that were the case, if a study showed that skinny women were preferred or skinny men were preferred then should we as individuals aspire to be skinny because that is the most popular body type.

We should always want to be how we want to be, never what a survey or a magazine tells us to be, or what someone else wants us to be. Some men prefer thin women and some prefer curvy women, others prefer fat women. Then there are those men that really don’t mind as long as the personality is acceptable. Some women prefer skinny men and some prefer muscular men and others just want a man that makes them laugh.

We cannot be what others want us to be, we should know how we want to look and how we want to act, based on our own ideals and not what we think the opposite or even the same sex want us to be like. We are all individuals and we may all want completely different things in life. So we should aspire to our own wantings and obtain the things that are important to us, whether it be curves, muscles or jokes.

When we are comfortable with who we are and how we look based on our own ideals we are natural and happy, this makes us attractive and comfortable to be around, we are not trying to be something we are not or something that someone else wants us to be, which would make us uncomfortable and untrue to ourselves and therefore unhappy.

When it comes to body image and weight loss or weight gain, as long as we are eating a healthy diet and getting the right amount of exercise, then we cannot fail to be the right shape for our self, and that is all that matters. Lose weight for yourself and no one else, be what shape you are supposed to be and enjoy being you, and others will enjoy being around you.
