Cleansing Diets

I am not a big fan of diets, there is no need to deprive the body of the food we need to live a normal life and it is normally over eating that is the culprit for weight gain and lack of exercise of course. Reverse this and eat a normal amount alongside regular exercise and there is no reason not to maintain a healthy body weight. That said I am in favour of Detoxing the body every now and then. A cleansing diet is different to a normal diet, it does exactly what it says, it cleans the body out and gets rid of waste that may have built up over the years and this is the part that can help you to lose weight. What I mean by this is that by detoxing the body through a cleansing diet you are going to get rid of the waste that you have been carrying around and this is going to relieve you of some weight.

So not only are you going to give your body, which is a temple remember a good clean out you are also going to shed some unwanted pounds in the process. That has got to be a win win situation and you are not going on a weight loss diet, you are actually going on a cleansing diet, any weight loss is a bonus, but you are going to lose some weight when you flush out your system.

Having this waste that builds up over the years in your body sounds pretty disgusting and it is when you think about it, so to rid your body of this has not only got to be a nice feeling especially when you may shed some pounds with it, but also it has got to be better for long term health overall, those toxins can’t be good for the temple we reside in.

This is for body cleansing and the weight loss is an obvious bonus, but that does not mean that we should give up on regular exercise and a healthy diet.
